Pullover hoodies, zip-ups, crewnecks, matching sets. 300gsm cotton fleece or 280gsm french terry. Water-based print or 3D puff embroidery. The category most DTC brands launch with.

Small orders deserve real production.
Most factories won’t touch 100 pieces. The margins are thin, the setup costs are the same, and frankly, small orders are a hassle for production lines built around 3,000-piece runs. We get it. We ran those lines for other people for years before starting Goodley.
But here’s what we kept seeing: a gym owner in Texas needs 150 printed tees for his members. A guy launching a hoodie brand on Shopify has 200 pieces worth of startup budget. A basketball coach in Virginia wants matching compression sets for two teams, 9 styles, mixed youth and adult sizes. None of them could find a factory that took their order seriously.
So we built one.

Guangzhou’s garment industry is packed into a few square kilometers around Zhongda. Cotton mills, polyester suppliers, woven labels, screen printers, embroidery shops. The whole chain, right on top of each other. At 100 pieces you can’t wait three weeks for fabric from another province. We source locally, and it shows in the lead times.
